Keymaster

1. The Keymaster role is responsible for representing the designers/developers/authors for a given project or task.
2. The Keymaster (or their delegate) is responsible for:
   • providing honest estimates of effort required to deliver on the requirements
   • negotiating in good faith with the corresponding Gatekeeper
   • providing deliverables early and often to get feedback
   • responding promptly to any issues raised
